So I’ll admit it...I watch American Idol. Personally I feel once you watch it everyone will get hooked. I’ve now got two of my roommates watching it every week. Especially if you like music and know how to catch good talent then you need to start to watch.
So for those of you that have missed the first couple of weeks of Idol I have placed the best performances so far. For those of you that have been watching comment and let me know if you think there are better performances.

Not that I think Butch Walker is the end all expert, but i think he brings up a good point about jeff buckley's cover and the state of music today.

I'm not going to bash American Idol or what it may or may not be doing to the music listening public (although, personally, I detest it [not to mention it ass-rapes the "winners"]), BUT those Jeff Buckley iTunes comments are like daggers to my heart. Come on! I could hardly believe some of the things I was reading. So so sad. So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so sad.
