Posted once before on my love of Mike Skinner's musical outfit The Streets. His last album, The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living, was, in my opinion, criminally underrated. This, however, may have been a blessing in disguise, as it seems to have motivated Skinner to pull out all the stops on what has been rumored to be his fourth and final album. I know that I have a habit of giving musician's I like the benefit of the doubt and getting way too excited about the whole of the unheard album after hearing only a song or two. Well, this is sorta worse. I'm psyched about this album after only hearing about 30 seconds of the outro of the last song on the album. Sorry I'm not sorry.
Also, head HERE to watch a video of Skinner recording strings and horns for the album. Feels like it could be really epic.
