Legit Song, But is this Elton John Reincarnated??

I really like Daniel Powter's song "Love you Lately" but the last time I heard it I realized it awkwardly sounds a lot like Elton John. I guess that's not a horrible person to be compared to, but certainly not the coolest.

Clark, this is ridiculous. First off, Powter is terrible, and Elton John is literally a Knight. Let's not be naive here.
