Jack loves Slash.

MTV recently talked to Jack White about his upcoming projects. "I've got like five things on my plate right now, it's a big plate," says White.

White has recently recorded sessions with '50s rockabilly pioneer Wanda Jackson, and evidently they're "wild." If you remember, White also collaborated with country legend Loretta Lynn for her album, Van Lear Rose, back in 2004. Talks are evidently also in the works for both a new Dead Weather album and a new White Stripes album. (AHHH!)

"It's gonna take as long as it takes ... if it takes three months to do a Dead Weather record, we'll take that long," White said. "The White Stripes record is going to be these two guys [Dead Weather bassist Jack Lawrence and guitarist/ keyboardist Dean Fertita] dressed as me and Meg, so we'll see if something interesting comes out of that." Oh, Jack, you're so funny.

There were also rumors of Slash asking White to contribute on his solo album, which White reportedly turned down. However, Jack doesn't "remember that request." Check out his response in the video below.

Jack, I love you, but the hair's looking a little bedraggled.
