It's been quite a bit since we've last given y'all some new tunes by which to twist and shout to, but this one will more than make up for the time away. The Black Kids were all the rage a few months ago thanks to tons of blog buzz for their Wizard of Ahhhs Ep. Whether they have staying power remains to be seen, but at the very least, this song has an extremely good chance of lodging itself firmly in your gray matter. Some lo-fi production, bouncing bass, group cheers and count-downs, and no shortage of synths gives the track a real 80s vibe, which is only compounded by the Robert Smith-esque vocals. Take off those pants and give it a listen.
