One of the best record labels, in my opinion, is Fueled by Ramen. They are home to some of my favorite bands, including Panic At the Disco, Cobra Starship, and Paramore. Well here is their next big hit: The Cab. They stick to their label-mates formula of having fun and playing around with their tunes, while making me bounce around like popcorn in the process. Their debut release, Whisper War, highlights charismatic lead vocalist Alex Deleon (who I just happened to have run into outside their recent concert at the Picador) on songs like "Bounce" and "That 70's Song." Their current hit "One of THOSE Nights" is a great collaboration with Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy as well as Brendon Urie from Panic. I can't wait to see them Monday with another amazing band, Metro Station. I feel like we will be hearing a lot more from this band as their fanbase grows and as I blog repeatedly about updates with The Cab.
