Why Can't We All Have It All

So I have to make a complaint: The same music should be available in every country. I am a little annoyed that I cannot (legally) get the Daniel Bedingfield album, with the great "Nothing Hurts Like Love," or music by the new band The Script, or the recently released Will Young CD without trying to pay an expensive import tax. All of these artists have other music on iTunes, but the stuff I want isn't sold in the ole U.S. of A. Anyone else have this gripe??

Not long ago I by chance came across the MySpace page for a band from China called The Deep Green Sea. I would buy their CD or download their stuff in a second if it were available here.
