On The Pursuit of Happiness

Kid Cudi is a name that has been heard throughout the grapevine for the past year or so. After collaborating with names such as Kanye West, Common, and Talib Kweli, the rapper most known for his single "Day N Nite", is coming into his own and is showing the world what he's all about.

Friday night Cudi graced the stage on Letterman performing the single "Pursuit of Happiness" from his debut album Man On The Moon: The End Of Day. NYC duo Ratatat (who are featured and produced the track) and a mini orchestra also backed his performance. I am quite impressed with the performance and I am eager to see if or better yet when Cudi will become a household name. Also the guitar shredding-ness of Mike Stroud is simply unbelievable, take a gander for yourself:

If you like what you hear, Cudi's album, which drops today, is only $3.99 on Amazon.com.
